About Joe

After more than 25 years as an executive recruiter, career coach, and trainer, I chose to return to recruiting with a renewed sense of purpose. While much of my earlier work focused on placing C-Suite executives and senior leaders, my attention is now dedicated to the skilled trades industry. 

I believe recruiting works best when it respects both sides of the hiring equation. My objective is to provide hiring authorities and skilled trades professionals with a recruiting experience built on clarity, honesty, and mutual respect—one that leads to positive, long-term outcomes for everyone involved.

This approach is shaped by decades of experience listening closely, asking the right questions, and aligning people with opportunities where they can do their best work and be valued for it.

As an experienced recruiter, I prefer the Contingent Model over  Retained Search especially when placing staff and management positions.  In this arrangement, I am paid only if I successfully place a candidate with the employer.
